Project description:

• The Hadera Integrated Transportation Center will be built west of the coastal railways
  
• Train station approximately 4,500 square meters.
• A new central bus station, approximately 3,100 square meters.
• Commercial center (mall) with an area of approximately 7,300 square meters.
• Two parking lots with an area of about 55,000 square meters, including common passage areas
• Clinics for doctors, approximately 1,200 square meters.
• An office tower of about 70,000 square meters. 
• Development in an area of 24,000 square meters. 
• Total built-up area (including Phase A)  146,600 square meters.
