Orhad Ltd. is a private company in the field of Civil Engineering. The company was founded in 1989. During its years of operation, the company has accumulated extensive experience in managing numerous and diverse engineering projects such as: landscape development, infrastructure, paving, bridging, tunneling, energy, public construction, construction of health institutions, office buildings, commercial, industrial, residential, residential renovations and more.

As a company that cares about the quality of customer service alongside impeccable professionalism, we see the relationship between the client and the project details as a vital link to the project, both in terms of the client's desire to be aware and involved in the project and in the ability to collaborate in order to achieve the best result.

For optimal collaboration with the client, we believe that, before making a decision, the choice of options must be analyzed in the most detailed and mature manner in terms of engineering and execution for decision making.

In the current era, where the project environment is full of stakeholders and challenges, there is a real need for in-depth analysis of the project program from the initiation stage in order to reduce, to the extent possible, the level of uncertainty posed to the project.

For proper characterization and optimal management of a project throughout its lifecycle, we manage, from the initiation stage, a process of product content management and customer requirement characterization, "SOW" ( Scope Of Work), with the purpose of refining the work stages and milestones.

Continuing the SOW process and as a result of, we begin to characterize the project work packages, project WBS-Work Breakdown Structure, in a way that provides proper and optimal management capacity for the project and the customer, and will result in the expected outcome (completion and closing of the project), binding compliance with Cost, Schedule and Quality objectives.
