Project Description:
- Extension to 3 lanes in each track.
- Length - 4.5 km each track.
- Extension and upgrade of Havatselet interchange.
- Improving safety conditions.
- The work included massive Cut&fill, deep restoration of the existing road,
numerous asphalt works, drainage systems, lighting and communications,
landscape development, water pipes, irrigation and traffic arrangements
for execution stages.
