Project Description:
- The establishment of a new central bus terminal for buses is combined
with a new train station. - The bus terminal will serve as Hadera's new "central bus station", while the
train station will serve as a main transfer station on the Haifa-Tel Aviv coastline. - Building area 120,000 square meters.
- Other major Designations:
Parking lots - 55,000 square meters.
Offices - 45,000 square meters.
Commerce - 5,500 square meters. - Open paving landscape and infrastructure in the surrounding streets.
- Changes, arranging of temporary cargo terminal on the railway ground.
- Construction of the project is carried out in two ways:
Construction of a railway station in a contractor tender.
Construction of a central bus terminal, parking lots, commercial and offices in a BOT tender.
