Execution Management
The execution phase of the project comes immediately after receiving a work order. This phase is the central stage in the project's life both in terms of schedule and budget. At this stage, the project planners are switched to high-level supervision and design changes for the construction stage. The selected contractor occupies the center of the project. Following the project at this stage is intended to maintain the project objectives in terms of schedule, budget and quality. It also provides for a quick, efficient and professional solutions to problems that arise on the site in order to complete the project as required and hand it over to the client.
As part of the service we give to the customer at this stage, we provide, among other things:
- Coordinate construction with the contractor with an emphasis on execution according to the plans.
- Performing a fee analysis for the supervision of planners, reviewing, assessing and submitting
to required commissions on behalf of the client including follow-up and monitoring until of
work orders / agreements are received. - Close supervision - Executing close supervision of the project contractor while examining quantities,
quality and construction. - Solving issues that arise during construction.
- Identify exceptions, risks and problems before they occur.
- Manage a design plan change if necessary.
- Coordinating consultants as needed and coordinating planners supervision.
- Examining the community relation issues in an attempt not to be a nuisance to the project's stakeholders.
- Direct reporting on the progress of the project to the client (including schedule updates, risks, safety,
quality discrepancies, etc.). - Performing budgetary control and regular scheduling to meet project objectives.
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance Management.
- Implementing highlights of statutory and planning.
- Completing the project and handing it in for inspection.
