Initial planning management
The initial design phase of the project is the phase of establishing and defining the project and therefore is the most influential stage for the future project. At this stage, among other things, stakeholders are identified and mapped by a matrix of forces and their ability to be involved. With the involvement of the planning team, we create alternatives for the implementation of the plan. This phase focuses on examining the comparative planning alternatives and examining the project's impact on the environment and vice versa. At the end of this stage, a decision is made and a selected alternative option is chosen for further planning.
As part of the services we provide to the customer at this stage, we provide among other things:
- Managing contracts and forming a team of consultants and planners.
- Programmatic consulting.
- Initial overview to provide a complete picture of the project environment including visits and tours to study the project area.
- Prepare a preliminary risk survey - all issues that could adversely affect the project schedule, budget and quality.
- Coordination with the authorities and other various parties.
- Concentration of consultant and planner reports.
- Schedule planning and delivery of plans as well as monitoring planning progress.
- Prepare an initial estimation for each option as well as preparing a full budget for the project.
- Preparing the advantages/disadvantages chart for each alternative option.
