Early / Final Planning Management

 Early/Final Planning Management

Early/Final Planning Management
The early/final planning phase is the main stage in forming the chosen alternative option and approving it in the various government planning committees. This stage, focuses on turning the client's chosen option into a cohesive and approved plan. This stage is generally parallel to the statutory procedure that is held before the various government planning committees. At this stage, the planning team will complete early planning required to study all the expected limitations and challenges of the plan, to enable the client to make a decision on the further promotion of the project (content, tender type, etc.). Given the accumulation of data on the project, at this stage, the project manager must consider the inherent and hidden risks of the project, such as solutions for dig and fill, archeology, objections of government planning committees, objections from local municipalities and more. In addition, the project manager also has the information and the ability to start thinking about the execution stages and how to implement the project.
As part of the service we provide to the customer at this stage, among other things:
  • Managing the planning team professionally and administratively in terms of both planning progress and compliance to project schedule.
  • Collection of data from soil surveys, random drilling, field testing, laboratory testing and mapping of soil problems.
  • Implementation of amendments required by stakeholders (infrastructure owners and/or competent authorities).
  • If the preliminary design phase includes a statutory procedure, this procedure will be integrated as an integral part of the phase.
