Quality Control and Quality Assurance:
Our company attaches great importance to the level of design and execution. The company operates a quality control and quality assurance system that accompanies all planning and execution processes. To this end, a quality program is built that is compatible with both the individual and project requirements, as well as the standards, regulations, authorities' requirements. The quality control and assurance system helps minimize faults and achieve high performance levels.
During the execution phase, a number of systems are used to monitor, document and approve all contractor, supplier and subcontractor operations to ensure compliance with the relevant contract, design and specifications. These systems embed lessons learned from other projects.
In the execution phase:
- Establish a quality control plan (including methods for identifying and monitoring).
- Build selection processes of subcontractors and other suppliers (compliance with specifications,
design, contract requirements). - Running expert laboratories and surveyors for quality control and quality assurance.
- Implement processes of identification, handling and correction of discrepancies in work processes
and product qualities. - Determine ways to improve work processes.
- Maintaining and documenting work processes.
